Art & Jazz embodies the energy and vibe of our Village by the Sea. The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority created Art & Jazz on the Avenue in the 1990’s to bring people to Downtown Delray and showcase our unique, local businesses. We produce Art & Jazz four times a year in four different Downtown Delray neighborhoods: Pineapple Grove, West Atlantic Avenue (The SET), East Atlantic Avenue and Beachside.

Art & Jazz on the Avenue

Art & Jazz on the Avenue is our signature street event in Downtown Delray with live music, live mural art, kids activities and dancing and dining in the street.

First Friday Art Walk

First Friday Art Walk is a night for strolling and discovering the vibrant art scene in Downtown Delray Beach through a self-guided tour of our Art Galleries & Studios, with pop-up live music throughout the downtown. Coco Market

Coco Market is a health and wellness market that happens once a month. It’s all about bringing people together and forming new relationships. You can find it on the first Sunday of each month at Old School Square.

Delray Summer Green Market

Summer Season - June and July from 9am to 1pm

The GreenMarket is a Saturday morning destination as an open air marketplace located at Old School Square front grounds, on E. Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach.
