Art & Jazz embodies the energy and vibe of our Village by the Sea. The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority created Art & Jazz on the Avenue in the 1990’s to bring people to Downtown Delray and showcase our unique, local businesses. We produce Art & Jazz four times a year in four different Downtown Delray neighborhoods: Pineapple Grove, West Atlantic Avenue (The SET), East Atlantic Avenue and Beachside.

First Friday Art Walk

First Friday Art Walk is a night for strolling and discovering the vibrant art scene in Downtown Delray Beach through a self-guided tour of our Art Galleries & Studios, with pop-up live music throughout the downtown. Friday, January 3rd is the First Friday of the Year!! Come celebrate with us the New Year at First Friday Art Walk!

Coco Market is a health and wellness market that happens once a month. It’s all about bringing people together and forming new relationships. You can find it on the first Sunday of each month at Old School Square.

The GreenMarket is a Saturday morning destination as an open air marketplace located at Old School Square front grounds, on E. Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach.
