Submission Guidelines
To keep the All About Delray calendar helpful and curated, submitted events should meet the following:
• The event takes place in Delray Beach or serves the Delray Beach community
• The event contributes positively to the local culture, businesses, or visitor experience
• Include event details: date, time, location, and a short description
• If the event requires tickets, please include pricing and a ticket link
Event Image Guidelines
To help us present your event beautifully on the All About Delray calendar, please upload the following images:
• Accepted formats: JPG or PNG
Main Event Image (Required)
• Size: 2000 × 1000 px
• Maximum file size: 3 MB
• One high-quality photo that represents your event
• No flyers, text overlays, or heavy graphics
This image will be used as the main banner for your event.
Additional Event Images (Minimum 3)
• Size: 800 × 800 px
• Maximum file size: 1 MB per image
• Square format
• No flyers or graphic-heavy artwork
These images will appear in the event gallery.
Recommended Images
• Lifestyle or event photos
• Venue photos
• Atmosphere or crowd images
Promotional flyers or graphic-heavy artwork may be requested to be replaced with a photo to maintain the visual quality of the All About Delray calendar.
